The Fastest $100 I’ve Ever Made on DoorDash (Unbelievable Tip Story)
After more than 50 days of accepting every single DoorDash order that hit my phone, I finally broke. This video explains exactly what happened — the bad Pizza Hut order, the throttled algorithm, and why I decided to finally hit “decline” again.

In this video, I talk about:
👉 Why I ended the “Accept Everything Challenge”
👉 The Pizza Hut order that made me finally quit
👉 What DoorDash zones and throttling look like in 2025
👉 How I plan to handle acceptance rates going forward
👉 What’s next for my channel — from delivery to money, apps, and side hustles

Even though I’ve been doing DoorDash for years (14K+ lifetime deliveries, 5★ Dasher), this was one of the hardest stretches ever. DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Instacart can still make good money — but not when orders are dead, throttled, or way under $1 a mile.

📈 New Method: Instead of accepting everything, I’m now using a “smart decline” strategy:

$1 per mile minimum in-zone

$2+ per mile out-of-zone

Back to 100% when I drop below 80% acceptance

If you’ve ever felt burned out from gig work, you’ll relate to this one. Sometimes, the best move is to take control again.

50+ Days Later… I Finally Ended the DoorDash “Accept Everything” Challenge
Hey guys, just wanted to record something and get a video going again. I’ve been sick, broke my glasses, and haven’t posted for a while — but I’m still out here accepting every single DoorDash order and keeping my streak alive.

This video’s a bit more laid back — just chatting about what’s been going on, my 5⭐ rating, 14,245 total deliveries, 254 in the last 30 days, and where I’m at in the Accept Everything Challenge (around day 45–50).

I’ll be filming more from my home studio soon and trying out a new video frame for this channel. Thanks for sticking around and supporting the grind!

📦 DoorDash Stats:
⭐ Customer Rating: 5.0
📅 Deliveries (30 Days): 254
🚗 Total Deliveries: 14,245
🥇 Current Rank: Pro Shopper

I Can’t Believe I’m Still Doing This… 14,000+ DoorDash Deliveries Later 🚗
DoorDash said “Very Busy,” but after driving 20 miles to Yelm, I sat for nearly 20 minutes with no orders. In this video, I share exactly what happened, my theory on why the app floods zones, and how I finally triggered an order. Still accepting everything — Day 40 of the Accept Everything Challenge! 🚗💨

#DoorDash #GigLife #DeliveryVlog #UberEats #AcceptEverythingChallenge

(just want to say I recorded this awhile back, but never got it uploaded, but finally did tonight and I am much further along on accepting every order than day 40, but things keep coming up to where I don't get videos posted, sorry!)

I thought Yelm was going to be packed with orders — DoorDash showed “Very Busy” so I drove 20 miles out. But once I got there, the app said 1–2 minute wait times and I sat for over 10 minutes with nothing coming in.

In this delivery vlog, I share what it’s really like when DoorDash zones glitch or get flooded with too many drivers. I also found a way to complete a “can’t reach pin location” delivery without calling support, and talk about whether waiting it out really leads to a big compensating order.

Still going strong with the Accept Everything Challenge (around Day 40) — tracking every order, every dollar, and every weird moment the app throws at me.

📍 Filmed in Yelm, Olympia, and Centralia/Chehalis area — Washington State.

Today I’m giving a quick update on Days 36–37 of my DoorDash Accept Everything Challenge — where I accept every single order, no matter the pay. I worked close to 14 hours straight today just trying to cover rent and bills and still make it home in time for my son’s birthday prep.

I’ve got all the screenshots of every DoorDash order, mileage, and hourly breakdown saved — once I catch up, I’ll post a full recap video with total earnings, time worked, and insights from both days.

This challenge has been one of the toughest yet, but if you’re a DoorDash driver, Top Dasher, or anyone doing gig work full-time, you’ll relate to the grind.

Day 36 of my DoorDash Accept Everything Challenge brings up one of the trickiest Pro Shopper issues: what to do when customers request substitute items — even if they’re in stock. 🚨

In this video, I break down exactly how Pro Shopper ratings work, why substitutions can tank your score, and what DoorDash support told me to do in this situation. Whether you’re a new dasher or a veteran with thousands of orders, this guide will help you protect your Pro Shopper status and avoid bad ratings while still keeping customers happy.

✅ How DoorDash calculates the 92%+ original item requirement
✅ Why going with customer-requested substitutes can hurt your Pro Shopper stats
✅ What support actually recommends when customers ask for different items
✅ Why Pro Shopper isn’t always worth it (but why falling under can mean fewer orders & lower pay)
✅ Tips to avoid common mistakes with refunds, missing items, and substitutions

If you’ve ever wondered whether Pro Shopper really increases your pay, how to keep all 6 metrics green, or what happens when a customer insists on changes, this video will give you the full picture.

📊 Current Stats:
• 14,069 lifetime deliveries
• 5-star rating (with 1 exclusion)
• Maintaining Pro Shopper with 92%+ accuracy

Day 35 of my DoorDash Accept Everything Challenge is here, and I’m breaking down every single order — the good, the bad, and the “why did I even take this?” From $13 Papa’s Diner mileage plays, to $6 Dollar General quick drops, to $18 Safeway shopping orders, this video shows what it’s really like to accept every offer in 2025.

I’ll cover DoorDash pay breakdowns, base pay vs tips, what it’s like being a Pro Shopper at Safeway, and why some “bad orders” actually make sense once you factor in positioning and mileage. Plus, you’ll see the Uber Eats side of things — with only 1% acceptance rate I’m still catching $5+ short-mileage offers.

📊 Earnings Recap:
$150.84 in 7h → $21.54/hr average
13 completed deliveries
Lifetime deliveries now 14,600+
Still holding 5-Star Rating with 1 excluded review
Pro Shopper: 95% found rate (must stay above 92%)

Along the way I explain:
How DoorDash balances base pay vs tips (often 50/50 over time)
Why tips don’t matter much anymore unless they’re huge
The referral bonus math ($200 for you, $200 for them – only 60 deliveries required this time)
How long waits at places like Beanbags or Quiznos affect real hourly earnings
Why Safeway Floral tips keep disappearing and how I ended up getting a $15 cash payout

Day 34 of my DoorDash Accept Everything Challenge 2025 🚗 Realistic delivery driver earnings, $21/hr breakdown, Instacart vs DoorDash tips, Pro Shopper strategy, multi app side hustle vlog.

I accepted every order by offer (not by time), show the exact earnings math, and explain why I dropped my first DoorDash order after 34 days to grab a better Instacart batch — while protecting my Pro Shopper metrics. You’ll see base pay vs. tips, idle time reality, freeway-line mileage tricks, dog-gate delivery safety, and how I still averaged $21+/hour over ~6.5 hours across DoorDash + Instacart.

Highlights:
• Late start after car-payment support chaos 😅
• Burger King runs with strict “leave at gate” instructions (dog safety talk)
• Long idle stretch — why I stayed to test if DD would float me back to ~$20/hr
• Big Pizza Hut order ($20 tip) that reset the hourly
• The Safeway shop I unassigned (no replacements, Instacart batch appeared)
• Instacart total around ~$39 despite complications
• $25 double offer done in 49 minutes
• Skipping a $30 Taco Bell double at the end (fatigue, near home)
• Final stats: ~$138 gross, ~6.5 hrs, ~$21/hr, 99% acceptance, 99% completion, 5★ rating; Pro Shopper intact (94% original items found; zero quality issues)

If you want realistic gig-economy earnings, pro-level shopping decisions, and risk-aware multi-app strategy, this one’s for you.

What you’ll learn:
How to balance base pay vs tips, when an unassign makes sense, protecting Pro Shopper (original items found %, substitutions), managing customer instructions (“leave at gate”), dog-safety delivery habits, mileage math on the freeway line, and multi-app timing between DoorDash, Instacart, and Uber Eats.

This episode covers DoorDash accept everything challenge day 34, realistic delivery driver earnings 2025, multi-app strategy DoorDash Instacart Uber Eats, Pro Shopper requirements and stats, base pay vs tips explained, long-distance orders worth it 2025, Safeway shopping orders, Centralia/Chehalis/Rochester/Grand Mound/Olympia WA routes, dropped DoorDash order consequences, completion/acceptance rate tips, mileage tracking for gig work, and customer instruction compliance (“leave at gate” and dog safety).

DoorDash Day 34: Dropped My First Order Still $21/hr 2025 Accepting Everything Per Offer Not By Time
🚗 Real DoorDash glitch 2025 vlog — see how I fixed a completion error, still averaged $20/hr, compared base pay vs tips, and shared insights on Lyft vs Uber mileage, Instacart & Spark earnings.

Today I talk about how I ran into a DoorDash completion/acceptance glitch, had a slow start with ~45 minutes of nothing, and still finished around $20/hr. I share what actually worked, how I adapted mid-shift, and how this compares with Instacart, Uber Eats, Spark, plus Lyft vs Uber transparency (Lyft showing full trip mileage is a real difference).

What’s inside:

🚨 The glitch I hit and how I recovered without tanking my metrics

⏱️ Slow start → structured comeback plan to stabilize earnings per hour

💵 Base pay vs tips: what actually moved the needle today

🚕 Lyft vs Uber for drivers (mileage visibility, pay feel, and tips)

🪙 Referral promos vs Peak Pay tradeoffs (I saw $200/$200, 60 deliveries/60 days — your market may vary)

🗺️ Real routing in Grand Mound / Rochester / Centralia–Chehalis / Olympia (WA)

🌙 Fall/night factors: fewer drivers, safety, and when to move vs stay put

If you want realistic gig-work strategy in 2025 (not hype), this vlog shows exactly how I navigated a messy day and still made it add up.
